How to stop re sharing of files in OneDrive?
For example..If I shared one file with "A" from OneDrive, so "A" should not be able to share it with other user further.

Good question. I don't know the answer but I share your frustration; am having massive problems with One Drive syncing, suspect that an issue like your issue may be at the root of it, i.e., "oversharing" of files confusing OneDrive. Unfortunately, answers to these and other problems are pitifully rare; MS seems to be about ready to abandon the app as far as I can tell. I'm hearing from numerous other unhappy users, at least for use in a production level business purposes.
