How to switch MS account on Windows 10 Mobile?

Hi,

i have setup my windows phone with my MS account, now I want to switch this phone to another MS account. I did not see any option to do it except doing a factory reset.

The phone is running with W10M 10572.

Any advice other than factory reset?
