How to tell if you are set up for the Developers Preview

I went through all the steps to get the developers preview app....signed up through the app studio, cause it was free...and there was a tutorial from Dan Rubino. However, after I did all the steps...I downloaded the app and then I went to update section in the settings...and I had no "minor update" like everyone else had. So I'm wondering if anyone else "didn't get a minor update" when they downloaded the Developers app? Also, is there anyway to tell if you are all set up for the developers preview come (possibly) Monday?

I would just check WPC to see if anyone has posted about getting the 8.1 update on Monday/Tuesday.

What device do you have? If you have a 1520 or another device with Black already installed, you should not have had an update (I didn't on my other 1520 (WP8 version)).

Talderon....I have the Lumia 1520 with AT&T, and I had no update with I went through all the motions to sign up for App Studio...and then downloading the Developers Preview App. You say you went through the motions to get the update on Monday, and you didn't get the "minor update" (everyone else got) either? Yes I had Black installed for a while now.....maybe that's why I didn't get an update.

Yes...it asked me to sign in, and check the box that says notify me for updates.

What OS version does your phone show as being installed? The update was for phones that didn't have 10521.155, but there are some models that received this update as part of their normal update process. So in that case there wouldn't be an additional update for them.
