How to transfer bluetooth files?

Hi, i was sent a bluetooth pdf-file on my phone today.
I can open it in the pdf-reader but that's about it.
the file is not visible in any file manager nor when I plug the phone into my pc.
How can I further transfer this file to my pc through bt/usb/file explorer?
It can't be that hard...

1. Download OneReader app.
2. Turn on Bluetooth.
3. Open attachment/PDF file using this app.
4. Send it.

Thank you for your reply. But one reader does not display any files I have downloaded. I can't see shrunk anything.

Are you downloading it from email you received? Have you stored the file in SD card?

No the file was transfer red via Bluetooth
