How to turn off the light on toolbar on Lumia 1520?

I update my lumia 1520 to the latest build (not insider). On the previous version I can turon off the light of the toolbar. How can I turn it off on this latest redstone update?

check settings - extras or something similar - the setting location may have changed

It seems to have stopped working in latest build at least for me. Lights stay on no matter what

there are registry edits just for that, check XDA forums @ known tweaks or something like that
