How to update anniversary update 1511 to 1607?

My mobile is running on 1511 os build. I want to update that into 1607 anniversary update

Remember if you own a lumia of xx20 series , you cant receive any more updates from Microsoft in insiders as such unsupported devices has been blocked to access it.
