how to update firmaware in samsung ativ s

My samsung ativ s is in dp from the windows phone 8 GDR3. Now is in wp 8.1 (8.10.14192.280). I still have the same firmware from the windows phone 8 (2424.13.5.1), and i doesen't update, and i don't know why? My csc is on DBT. I just have to wait until they release the firmware or i have to do a reset to the phone?
