Does anyone know how to Upload GiF picture to twitter like Daniel Rubino's Picture?

I think it was from an app. I'm not too sure though since it has been a while since I saw mention of it. Maybe someone else recalls. Have you tried tweeting Dan asking how he did it?

Yes, i already have this app and full version to
but if i upload it to Twitter, the picture not moving

You cannot upload the gif avatar directly on twitter through this app.make sure u r not uploading the gif avatar through official twitter app or me tile ! Use website to upload it.

I did during this,,,
Upload the Gif to my OneDrive and move it to my Computer and then upload it to twiiter
