How to use my keyboard easily without using "Make it easier to type"?

When I turn on my computer, my keyboard does not work until turn off the "Make it easier to type" (which are located in 'Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center\Make the keyboard easier to use' for WIN 7).That is repeated all the time. This thing wastes my time and annoying me.

Did it start after installing new software? Maybe there's some software on your computer that is forcing the feature to turn back on.
