How to use this feature....i have a nokia Lumia 820... It says your service doesn't support wireless display... Connect it with a USB... How to connect my phone to tv via USB?

There's quite a few threads about on this topic.

To answer your questions.

1 - you probably need a firmware update
2 - WiFi will only work with newer hardware - 1520 and 930/Icon etc...
3 - USB doesn't work because an app is needed which doesn't exist yet
