How to use recovery partition to revert back to windows 8

Guys im using dell inspiron 7000 series lap. It comes with windows 8 pre installed. Few days back i formatted C drive and installed windows 10. I cant able to activiate. So i decided to revert back. There is a 12gb recovery partition available. I cant able to see that in the recovery setting. But in disk management its showing. Pls kindly help me to revert back to windows 8.

Check on official site wich key you must press during pc bootup, for opening the service menu. There you'll find the Restore tool.
But you can revert directly inside Windows 10 -> Start -> Settings -> Restore -> Previous Windows

But is very strange you cannot activarte. You can use every genuine Windows key you got, even a Xp key
