Ive never sold a phone with the sim card, so keep the sim, whoever buys it will be able to get a sim no problem.

Same, I've never sold one with the sim. Most my sales happen in a Verizon Wireless parking lot so that the client can be sure that the device activates fine so they just get a sim there or use their previous one.

Sims are available to buy at the 99p store so its not worth it.

Why would you give your SIM away to the same person who bought your phone? Since the SIM is registered to you if the person that buys it from you uses it for crime you will be arrested.

Uh.. without sim of course. When they get service they get a new sim card anyway. Keep yours. Besides, salmanahmad is right.
