How would you change the OS if you could?

1) Improve notifications. Either integrate them on the Me tile, or go to the left of the Start screen.

2) Calendar needs improvement. For example would like to schedule appointments that occur "every other" or "every two" in addition to what we have now.

3) Need ringer and sound profiles. Also, put a volume limiting option that can be enabled when headphones are plugged in.

4) Dialer. Give me the option to have the dialing pad pop-up when I press the Phone tile. If not, make the dialing pad button more obvious or easier to access. I swear if you give this phone to somebody that hasn't used WP before he won't be able to call a number as fast as you can with other mobile OSs.

Oh yeah, imagine giving it to a stranger to dial 911. Actually, good luck calling anyone that quickly. Even if you have a group tile it's 3 taps minimum to call. I loved just typing in WebOS to pull someone up. Can't have that on touchscreen, I guess.

I would have all live tiles use the theme color, tastefully. It would suck it was all the theme color, but at least implement some of the color. As it is now my home screen has nothing but theme color at the top, then randomness at the bottom. Would be visually appealing if it was blended better.

Folders and a file browser. I used that on my BB Tour continuously for storing IC numbers and order info on a machine I was working on underground and could send an order out as soon as the cage was topside.

The ability to create folders in the email program and move multiple emails. Twice I've had each of my inbox simultaneously wiped out of the blue while the other folders are fine and filled with months of sent and drafts.

Volume

Not sure if it has been mentioned, but include a volume mixer. I want different volume levels for alarms, ringer, notifications, etc. And an ability to just mute the telephone ringer...

Then they would have to release a 64 GB model of a phone with a memory expansion.
And you still might not have enough memory.

I wouldn't want to carry it all around, but to be able to select 5Gb and change it when the mood takes me without having to re-encode everything all the time would be great..

If I'm not mistaken I believe that either .wav or .wma lossless would provide the same audio quality, both of these are currently supported in WP.

There is a virtual kb patch for webOS. I've got it on my Pre2 and it's a great addition.
