HP have never promised that feature and there is no indication that it is something that will happen.

I really hope they re-consider this. Tap to Pay is the "future".

The functionality is there. The feature can be turned on/off in settings however it doesn't work because HP hasn't gone through the device certification process to get it enabled with Microsoft Wallet.
