Looks like I'm late to the party. Just got mine 4 days ago.

Coming from a Surface 3. That machine kept annoying me because the "USB" driver would fail when the battery level gets below 40%. So the keyboard would stop working, along with other items associated with USB. Only way to restore functionality was to reboot the device - but that chews up a fair chunk of the battery on an already low state.

I'm wondering if the HP Envy X2 LTE I have may be a bit defective.
The keyboard is great and all, when I'm at a table. However, I often use this on my lap (or belly) and I have found that the keyboard's flex clicks the mouse action. ie. where your palm may normally rest while typing, if you lean too heavy on one side (or corner) you can hear a click and it behaves like a left-mouse-click.
- Anybody else have this keyboard clicking problem?

I also dislike the fact that the keyboard folio covers the rear camera. Wish there was a peek-hole that could be opened and closed for when I want to hold the device (with protection), fold the keyboard all the way back and take a quick picture. Unfortunately, the folding kickstand does not fold flat to permit this use-case. Unless I'm just not folding it back far enough. Feels like a solid pivot-limit-point.
- Has anybody tried drilling a hole or come up with a better solution to be able to use the rear camera?

From a software standpoint: I thought this device was an "Always On" machine. So I thought the alarm would finally work. I was mistaken, this is an "Always Connected" device. I slept through my alarm this morning, (well) not really because the alarm did not activate at the correct time, only when I opened and unlocked the tablet.
- Anybody know how I could get that Alarm feature working? Is there a software setting?

Compatibility with the Surface Pen. I purchased the Surface Pen that was released with the Surface Pro 4 line-up (for my Surface 3). Great pen. Like the feel of it and I am accustomed to using it, with the top button and eraser function. The new HP Active stylus that came with the Envy X2 feels very different. The "feeling" is different when writing. The texture is not like writing with pen on paper. However, when I use the Surface Pen, it feels "normal". However, I could not pair the Surface Pen with the Envy X2 in such a way that the top "eraser" would work. I could pair it to use the top button function, but the "eraser" was a hit and miss. Probably worked about 10% of the time.
- Has anybody got the Surface Pen to fully function with the HP Envy X2?

On the plus side: Love the battery life. I've had limited experience here since I've only charged upon purchase, and recharged once (2.5 days later) with 1 work day on stand-by and 1 day of active use.

On the negative side: One of the apps I like to use (Nebo) is only x64 in the store. So I'll have to wait until it is ARM compatible.
