Hi does the hp stream 11 allow chrome os on it i just need a computer for blogging and facebook

I don't think you can install Chrome OS, but you can sure install Chrome and use it in Modern mode or something.

of course, its a normal Windows PC, you can install almost anything you desire, performance allowing.
(Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
