HTC 8x and can not be upgraded for CDR3

I have the HTC 8x and can not be upgraded for CDR3.
Downloading the update on my phone is normally but can not go in and update sent message: "Can not open (8009000d)"
Can anyone help?

You registered as a Developer or just downloaded the Preview for Developers app and tried to get GDR3 ?

There is no other solution?
If you come out new version I could do I upgrade?

If you don't do it with the Developers app, then you have to wait until Microsoft releases the official version and your carrier distributes it.
It's just like with Amber/GDR2 -you wait until it's released to the general public - so when that happens then you can get it.
