HTC 8x, why aren't Windows 10 Builds available?

HTC 8x windows 10 builds not availible

I have the insider app. Ran it couple of times, currently in the fast ring. All it did was upgrade my htc8x to 8.10.14219.341. Can I get the windows 10 build or can't I ?

You can not (yet). Only Lumia and the m8 can download the w10 preview. MS had first to update the WPRT to include other devices. Otherwise you can not roll back. We however do not know when WPRT will be updated to support more devices.
