HTC not on US Cellular?

It's been confirmed that the 8X will be on Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile (I think I saw that on these forums). Does that mean, by negative implication, that it will NOT be on US Cellular?

Before anyone bashes US Cellular, they do get the Galaxy S3, for what it's worth. And they're by far the best carrier for rural and small-city Oregon, in my experience.

USCC along with MetroPCS also expressed their interest in WP8. I think they'll be getting the 8X or ATIV S.
