HTC One Mini for Windows?

[Windows Central Question]

I really miss high end premium phone with Windows Phone OS, which is SMALL, e.g. no more than 4.3 inch display (and thus corresponding device's size).

I used HTC 8S devices, which were fine, though would like something more premium. HTC One Mini 2 (the Android version) seems to meet my taste, though for Windows it is only available as 5 inch device. I could never wrap my head around this trend of going bigger in size, like especially iPhone 6 plus. A phone is a phone and should fit snugly into a pocket for me.

So anyone has an idea, if there would be an HTC One Mini version for Windows OR if I could flash the Android version with Windows Phone? I've seen HTC Hima coming up...

I would personally love to see the Samsung Galaxy Alpha come to windows phone. It's practically the same size as the HTC 8X but thinner and lighter and has a 4.7in screen. And that's a damn fine looking phone too. Perhaps the best looking phone Samsung has ever made.

It's impossible to flash WP onto Android devices and vice versa.
