Hyper-V in build 10061: How to enable it?

I read that the bug with Hyper-V was fixed in this build, but I can't find the option to enable it in that list of Windows features from "Turn on Programs and features".
Should I enable something else before enabling Hyper-V?
I mention that Hyper-V was not enabled before this build or another before, it's the first time when I need it.

Have you tried start RUN and typing in appwiz.cpl then on the turn windows features on, click Hyper-V?

I haven't yet tried it but in 100061, there are more than a few things no longer working properly. Like sound drivers and bluetooth pairing no longer work. If you click the icon on the right to get to the controls, then click bluetooth, rather than getting the regular bluetooth menu, you get to add devices like printers. Clearly that's broken.
