Hyperlapse cant be installed

I am trying to instal Hyperlapse app on my 930 with windows 10 and when ever it is downloaded and goes to install it show 0x8007007A error,I have tried to relog on store or restart the phone but nothing help.Does anyone know a by pass to that error ?

Did you make any progress? Same thing for me on TV D'ORANGE on my 950XL after a hard reset...
