Hyperlinks in Outlook 2013 not working after Windows 10 upgrade?

I can send and receive email without any problem but when trying to open a hyperlink I get the following message :

Your organisation's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk.

This is a home computer so I am at a loss as to what the problem is. Hope someone can help, thanks.

I have the same issue operating Outlook 2007. Ever since the Windows 10 upgrade urls in emails do not work. I get the message "General Failure. The URL was: . . . . . . . . .Server execution failed"

It is driving us mad. Lots of people appear to have the same problem but I see no easy fix.
