Why can't I get hyperlinks to work in Outlook in Office 365?

I cannot get hyperlinks to work in outlook in office 365.

Hi all,

As above I click on a hyperlink in an email on outlook, and it doesn't open in Spartan.

I get the following message:

"Your organizations policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk."
