I am having a problem please help

Hey I am using Windows 10 on hp z400 workstation
I made an outlook email and now I totally regret doing this
I opened the PC for the first time and discovered that I have to enter the password
I did and It actually worked
I wanted to delete the password but I disabled the account
I restarted the PC but it still requires the password
But when I input the password it says that it is incorrect
I tried resetting it but says the same please help as fast as possible
