I am missing caller name announcer in Windows 10, is it not there?

I am missing caller name announcer in windows 10

Till windows 8.1 this option was there in ease of access section. But not able to find after preview upgrade to windows 10. Is it still not there in windows 10 ?

It is not there. I miss this feature so much. Hope they bring it back.
