I am not receiving notifications when the screen is locked

I am not receiving notifications when the screen is locked . When I go in the notifications settings the following message appears " some settings are managed by your organization ." It is that has no installed business account ! How to solve?

I am having the same problem. This is no annoying. Even I can't find any solutions. There are solutions for pc but not for mobile.

Did you set that your device belongs to an organization? You set that up when you hard reset your phone and then it shows up to chose what's the purpose of the device, you can chose between Work and Home (I think).
