I seen that I could get any pics I take on my phone automatically to my PC so i downloaded ONE DRive on my phone now I cant open any Pics on my 1 TB of Pics and videos on my PC or EXHDD it just says App did not open please help I want nothing to do with ONE Drive

That usually has nothing to do with OneDrive. You may want to check your Internet connection or simply restart your PC.
