I am unable to access the glance screen settings, settings-extras- glance screen)

Hi, I have a Microsoft 640 LTE using windows 10 build 15063.2 (slow ring).
I don't know if this is a known bug but i can't access the glance screen settings, i start with the general settings screen and choose "extras" and then glance screen, however, as soon as the glance screen settings screen appears it turns blank and i am returned to the main settings screen, this happened before and after the latest update, i've tried restarting the phone and a soft reset with no results, can anyone help please?

its been like that since 14393, if you had it working in 14393 it means you followed some guides to reinstall it and forgot about it, just do it all over again
