I am unable to sign into My Microsoft Account and also Windows Live email

Windows Central Question

I installed Windows 10 a month ago. For the past 4 days the computer will not accept my password and also will not allow me to change my password for borh above accounts. Tried all the suggestions on the windows help sreen. Nothing works.
