my phone is lumia 525 which has 1gb ram but i am not able to get the update 10

The technical preview is released for insiders. You can get that if u have registered as an insider.

It is not an update FFS.

It's a technical preview. It is beta software. It is buggy. It is not, I repeat, not an update.

Also it has not been released for anything other than new mid/low end phones.

The update is right now only available for phones having the snapdragon 400 chipset i.e 630/635,730 & 830.it will be available for your phone in future

i have registered and downloaded windows insider but it is showing no builds we weren't able to find a preview build for you..??
