I am using windows 10 and i get "Outlook could not create the work file" It is MS Outlook 2013

When I get into the outlook application i get this message and the application freezes

Check your drive for errors and run scanpst.exe on your pst's and ost files. Generally this is one of the signs of a corrupt mail database which is why Microsoft has been pushing for a few years now to get rid of them.
