I don't like a lot of the new features but new Dell came with it

Uninstall them one by one, you cannot downgrade your pc wothout losing Warranty and assistance.
Consider MS will stop Seven support in Anniversay Update

Microsoft Windows 7 support doesn't end until January 2020.

You can make Windows 10 look very much like 7, how much is up to you, but I would try and get used to it, it is the future, and I have been in the game a long time, and heard the same arguments when Windows 3, 95, 98, XP all came out, especially 3 as it meant using a mouse.

If you really don't like the new look and feel, install classicshell and set it to look like windows 7. Problem solved for free.
