I can not able to upgrade from 10159 to new builds

I can not able to upgrade from 10159 to new builds it says " your device is up to date":unhappy:

I wasnt able to upgrade from that build too and just used ISOs to update. Tried all the things you can find on the internet to fix Windows Update but nothing worked. If it won't find 10240 until tomorrow I'll just do a clean install.
