I can not open cmd .exe , it just closes instant.

I can not open cmd .exe , it just closes instant , it only works when I rename cmd .exe but i need the real cmd .exe but it is not working. Also when I type cmd .exe in my browser it closes instantly. Please help me

You just need the command prompt? You can type cmd in the run box

Try running a virus scan, using malwarebytes (you can use the trial) and hitman pro (cloud based scanner), also trend micro housecall is another decent solution to have in your tool kit.
