I can only have 2 developer apps installed on my (developer unlocked) Nokia Lumia 925.

I can only have 2 developer apps installed on my (developer unlocked) Nokia Lumia 925. When I tried installing a third, it said the maximum has been reached...a peer of mine has the same phone, but can hold 10 apps. How can he hold 10 developer apps, and why does it only let me hold 2? What further steps must I take in order to be able to have more than 2 developer apps on my phone?

I believe a paid developer account allows for more installs as well as submitting to the Store, the free App Studio unlock allows for only 2.
