I cannot save any pictures on my Lumia 830.

After a refresh install of windows 10:TP. I noticed I can't save any photos on websites or through nfc or multimedia text. Camera and screen shots work fine. Sure screen shots are fine, but i have to cut and trim photos and that takes some time. FYI I just bought a new memory card the other day. Help...
