i can't able to download small apps&games if it's more than 20 mb in size from store ?

Microsoft has set a limit on the size of apps that can be downloaded OTA - it used to be larger if I remember correctly (around 40MB?) Now, it seems to be lower. Once Microsoft decides to increase the limit larger apps could be downloaded OTA and is, as such, not a phone issue.

The limit was raised for most to 100mb anything over that require WiFi. In some regions of the world it is still carrier restricted to certain limits over cellular.
