I can't buy apps/games

I can't buy apps/games on windows 10 store app version 2016.27.2.0, I used to bought apps before, does anyone face this?

Is this question about W10 for desktop or Windows 10 mobile?
Purchasing software from the store is handled thru your Microsoft account.

Whichever version of 10 your talking about you need to add a valid credit card or handle any redemptions in your Microsoft account settings and be logged in with your MS account on PC or phone.
