I can't download mytube!

Hello, I am here asking about this problem: I can't download the app mytube! in WP8.1 because the error 80004005. I did not have this problem with W10 preview. Anyone know what mean this problem ? Thanks

Have you tried a soft reset? Soft resets normally fix most store issues. In order to do a soft reset, just hold down the power button and the volume down button until the phone vibrates.

Yes i did. I had this problem even before I upgrade windows 10, and now that I am back to 8.1 by means of the Lumia factory reset the problem continue.
