i can't hard reset it show me :-(

hi.i search every where but no one haven't my problem.i update my lumia 1520 to 10049 and my screen was half so i hard reset my phone but after the gear it show me this emoji :-( and after that phone shut down and when i again turn on it happend again.

Is your battery low. I had this problem when the battery was low. I would suggest you plug it in and let it charge for some minutes. When I did this, I was able to do the soft reset and the phone was OK.
