I can't log in my Microsoft account in my PC, how I fix it?

I can't access internet from Firefox and IE too, I just can access with Chrome and Maxthon. Does it related?

What OS version are you running? Have you tried a system restore to an earlier date?

Scan the carp out of it with whatever AV you use.

Definitely sounds like you have a nasty infection and probably some OS issues. I would suggest refreshing your computer, probably the easiest thing to do to fix all your issues. Make sure you are able to reinstall all of your programs though, they will be removed during this process. Files and documents will remain during a refresh.

It said that I have a connection problems, but I can access to internet with Chrome.
I use Windows 8.1, I had updated it and nothing changes.
