I can't log in to wpcentral so for WP 8.1

I recently paid for the wpcentral app for wp8.1 and I have not been able to login with my account, which was linked to a Microsoft account. I have tried resetting my password and still it will not login. If anyone can help, that would be great.

Don't use your Microsoft account to log into the app, use your username itself

I am, but it still doesn't accept it

Just reset my password again and I am signed in.
