I can't reinstall Store app!

Hello everyone. I own a L640 and I recently formatted my SD card. A bug occurs that I can't reinstall or uninstall any app. Any other app that has not downloaded and try to download works. Another question: is the "wudonwloadscache" folder linked to the store? Please help! Thank you!

It is not a bug. You formatted the SD card without uninstalling the apps on it. The apps that were on the SD card are still registered on the phone as installed apps.
Reset the phone to straighten this out

As @T Moore said, You will need to do a factory reset, first of all make sure you back everything up before doing a factory reset via the about the screen in the settings. As that is the simplest way to fix this issue.

For a while now, I haven't been able to install apps on the sd card. Try to install them on the phone and not on the sd card.
