I can't see all my music files

Hi,

I have a Lumia 620 with 8gb Sandisk 10Class SD card.
I put music on SD card, reboot the phone, but not all my music files is added to playlist.

I think is a SD card problem, so I moved music from SD card to phone.
Same problem !!

I checked with Aerize and files are there and I can play them from Aerize(!!!!), but not in Music.

Any solution?

It takes a while for the app to recognize all songs on your device. Currently the app needs to be actively running in order to scan your files. Launch it and leave it a while. Your songs should appear just fine.

I've deleted all music, format the SD card.
After that i've putted only this 2 song on SD card.
This is 2 song with problems. I can listen them in computer or in phone with Aerize, but in music not.

As you see, "Xbox Music empty" text is showed and i can't tap this 2 song to play.
Any idea?

What format are they? Maybe it's one that's not supported by the xbox music app?

But first song is part of an album. I can play all album song, but this one not.

What you could try though is deleting the files that are not working off of the device, give them proper ID3 tags on your computer and copy them back over. I don't think this will help, but it's at least worth a try.

I tried with one song and work!!! Thank you very much.
I never thought that tbhis could be the prolem,because I noticed in other phone I can play this songs normally.
