I can't send .mp3 or existing sound files via WhatsApp?

Hello,

I have mp3s and sound clips I want to send via WhatsApp, but I can't on my Lumia 930.

I could on my N8.

I tried Video Optimizer for WhatsApp and send music. When I choose the music and optimize, it opens up WhatsApp, I choose a person - but there is nothing to send.

Suggestions?

Use the send video feature on whatsapp, when selecting the video to send, go to the folder that says whatsapp video optimiser and your song should be there ready to select. When you send it, it seems like you are sending a video but the reciever will actually have an mp3 when they play what you sent.
