Desktop Apps think I am offline

Hello,

I am connected to the net, but when I try apps from my desktop (ie. weather) I am met with

"It doesn't look like you are connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again."

Browser works, streaming music works, messenger, whatsapp - all work.
My connection is up and running.

When I try 'retry' - same error. Open and close - same error.

Now it works...never...



Ironically the 'send feedback' icon also suffers from this error.

SORRY guys I really cannot find topic that is related to my question.
I got crazy because of Windows10 start menu, it’s really not comfortable to use. Can you help me and find any start menu tools like that one: https://www.startmenux.com/index.html
I mean, that one is ok but I want to find the best one
