I can't switch to my second account on 6 tag

When I try to switch to my second account on 6 tag, I can't log in, I tried to reset my password and get a message about a 4 digit code I have to enter. I never receive this code.

Have you tried removing the account then signing back in? I had a similar issue but that worked. You could always try to reset the app and/or uninstall and reinstall
