I can't use Windows Phone with Youtube app on Xbox.

I was watching a c/net video that was showing that an iPhone could load a movie into the Xbox. In fact, they said Android phones did it first. So I figured it must work for Windows Phone too, right?

So I tried to set up the Xbox app to pair with the phone. Then it gave me a code number and said to enter into youtube.com/pair. I started Internet Explorer on the Windows Phone 7 phone and went to the page. There, it had a place to enter the number. I typed it in and when I submitted it, it said it wasn't a good number. After the second attempt, I finally noticed that for each number I typed, TWO numbers were put in the field. So the number that I wanted to enter couldn't be entered.

Anybody else try to do this and did you get around the problem with the "double entry"?

I never had that problem with YouTube, did you try with a different code?

What's weird, I have that problem with certain characters on a game for wp8, if I typed sho, an ending of my screen name, two asterisks "**" would be in the place of "h,o".

I'm about to believe that its a WP thing.
