I don't get Facebook / messenger notifications in the notifications center WP 8.1?

After upgrading my phone from WP 8 to WP 8.1, Facebook and others apps notifications don't appear no more in Toasts and Live Tile although I connected the apps with the phone. How can I fix that ?

I am having the same problem. 6Snap, Twitter, Facebook, Messenger... I am not getting any notifications from any apps.

Launch Battery Saver and make sure that these apps are allowed to run in the background. But ensure that there aren't too many apps that are allowed to run in the background.

Also, check the store if those apps have updates.

I'm having the same issue with the majority of my apps after a hard reset and a fresh start. None are appearing in the Notification+Actions area in settings.

I've never had a problem like this after resets in the past, but I did do one thing differently: I restored my apps, settings, etc from a backup during initial setup (I usually don't). I'd bet money there's bug with that process.

Soft reset and reinstalling the apps does nothing.

If anyone has suggestions, I'm all ears. I have a feeling I'm looking at a hard reset, though....
